Target Markets

Primary Focus

  • — Burnaby (Metrotown, Brentwood, Edmonds, Heights)
  • — Vancouver (East Vancouver, Cambie Corridor)
  • — North Vancouver (Arterial and Transit-Oriented)

Secondary Focus

  • — Coquitlam
  • — New Westminster
  • — Richmond

Site Requirements

Zoning

R1-1, R1, RT, RM, or sites designated for multiplex/townhome development under current OCP or Provincial mandates (SSMUH).

Lot Dimensions

Minimum 33ft frontage. Preference for 50ft+ frontages. Corner lots and sites with laneway access are highly desirable.

Condition

Land value only. We acquire properties with older, end-of-life structures. No heritage retention requirements preferred unless strategically viable.

Deal Structure

Cash purchases, vendor take-back (VTB) mortgages, or strategic joint ventures with existing landowners.

Submit a Site

We value our relationships with brokers and landowners. We review all submissions promptly and protect broker interests.
